Computer Labs are located in the lower level of the Urban Building (UR), Rooms 39 & 40. IS&T manages and staffs the labs. For issues with machines/software in the labs, contact the call center at call.center@csuohio.edu or phone 216.687.5050. Accounts for file storage and access to Urban shared drives is available to urban students and students taking urban classes. To request access to these accounts or have your password reset, fill out the CUACS account request form.

• FTP to your home directory or shared directories from off-site

New for Fall 2008! Classroom media systems have been installed in the Sweet Seminar Room (UR 241), Bonda Board Room (UR 254), UR 247 and UR 27. The media system consists of a PC, DVD/VCR player, and control panel for the projector and inputs. Users can also connect their laptops to this system. Instructions for connecting laptops to projectors in other urban rooms are also available. The Urban Atrium is equipped with a media system that includes a smart podium for use with a computer, DVD, and microphone system. Use of the atrium equipment requires urban staff to set-up and operate the equipment during an event. Please use the atrium technology request form to request technology for your atrium event.
