22-acres of undeveloped land just east of the Bulk Terminal and owned by the Whiskey Island Partners. A now vacant United States Coast Guard Station which opened in 1940 and closed in 1972 sits on a narrow spit of land extending north into the lake. The site has been proposed as a lakefront park.
