Opened by the city in 1922, the plant is now owned and operated by the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD). The neighbor of Edgewater Park serves approximately 110,000 people on ClevelandÕs west side and portions of Lakewood, Brooklyn and Brookpark.
