About the Program

Join us for a discussion of the revenue/expenditure limitation plans proposed for Ohio. Drawing from the most current research as well as the experiences of other states, this forum will focus on the potential ramifications of these proposals on public services, especially higher education, local municipalities and school boards.

Ned Hill and Kevin O’Brien will discuss the findings from their recently released report, A Review of the Impact of Tax and Expenditure Limitations on Ohio’s Finances. They will be joined by national and local respondents.
